Refunds/Returns
Our products are made with love and we want you to feel the love we put into it. Our products are made for personal use, therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the error is on our part. Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping. If you receive the wrong product or have similiar issues please contact us at mamamilkah7@gmail.com.
If you have a damaged order we are sorry to hear about that. DO NOT throw anything away. Please let us know within 5-7 business days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that you provide the following:
-Order/invoice number
-Name(s) of damaged item(s)
-Photos of damaged item(s) & shipping package
- Your name, email address, and phone number
We cannot accept refunds or exchanges after 5-7 business days of receiving your order.
Lost or Stolen Package
If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, you will need to contact your local post office so that they can investigate.
